Helped some friends do a shoot of their cars last night. Night shots are a killer for a noobie. Luckily, I manage to salvage some of it to justify making them stand around waiting for me till 2am in the morning. -.-”
While processing this batch of photo’s, I learned how to leave text watermarks on Adobe Lightroom processed photos. Didn’t know it was that easy. *facepalms*
So readers can pretty much expect all my shots to be watermarked from now on. Not that it really matters right? :p

Having finish these 2 series last week, just to post some short snippets of what I thought.
09-11-01 Sony Cosplay Competition
Event: Sony Ps3 Slim Launch Roadshow – Cosplay Competition

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
The premise of the project is the 70% or higher possibility that a magnitude 7.0 earthquake will occur in Tokyo in the next 30 years. The anime will depict what would happen if an 8.0 earthquake took place. The story will center on Mirai, a middle school freshman girl who goes to Tokyo’s artificial Odaiba Island for a robot exhibition with her brother Yutaka at the start of summer vacation. A powerful tremor emanates from an ocean trench, the famed Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge crumble and fall, and the landscape of Tokyo changes in an instant. With the help of a motorcycle delivery woman named Mari who they meet on Odaiba, Mirai and Yutaka strive to head back to their Setagaya home in western Tokyo.

Despite the huge anticipation the blogosphere had before it’s release, I find Tokyo M slightly lacking in everything EXCEPT it’s “slice-of-life”. Needless to say, the characters were realistic even to me.

Spice and Wolf I
Kraft Lawrence, a 25 year old peddler traveling from town to town selling and buying various things to make a living during a period much like Europe in the Middle Ages. One night when stopped at the town of Pasroe, he finds in his wagon a 250 year old pagan wolf deity girl named Holo.

She appears to be that of a 15 year old girl, except for a wolf tail and ears. She introduces herself as the town’s goddess of harvest who has kept it blessed with good harvests of wheat for many years. Despite having the responsibility to watch over the town, she wants to go back to her homeland in the north called Yoitsu, she believes the people have already forsaken her anyway and that she has kept her promise to maintain the good harvests. She manages to bargain her way out of the village by making a deal with Lawrence to take her with him. As they travel, her wisdom helps increase his profits, but at the same time, her true nature draws unwanted attention from the church.
Unfortunately, Spice and Wolf Season 1 didn’t hit my expectations which was sky high after watching Season 2. In season 2, Holo was smarter, the story was more intense despite the lack of “wolf” action and Kraft could actually counter Holo’s sarcasm.
